🔁 Returns Policy

Since we deal in perishable food items like red onions and spices, we currently do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, we will consider return/replacement only in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is expired (in the case of packaged spices).

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or video proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
  • Provide your order number and contact details.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • If the product is out of stock and payment has already been made.
  • If your return request is approved due to a valid quality issue.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be made to your original payment method or through bank transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Delay due to courier or weather conditions.
  • Change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
